Refund Policy

Every guide sold here is a digital product. If a guide is not right for your trip, you can have your money back.

The policy

Within 30 days of purchase, request a refund here — or email hello@patrickoconnordublin.com — and you will be refunded in full to the original payment method. No explanation is required, though feedback is always welcome.

Timing

Refunds are processed within three business days of your email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take a further few days to appear.

Updates and re-purchases

Guides are updated periodically and buyers receive updated versions at no extra cost. A refund ends access to future updates for that guide.

Questions before you buy

If you are unsure whether a guide suits your dates or your length of stay, email first and you will get an honest answer, including if the answer is that none of the guides fit.
